Canada is set to kick off its first ever Grand Prix badminton tournament, in Richmond, British Columbia next week. While most of the players will be staying on the Pacific coast for the Grand Prix Gold tournament in California the following week, most of the Korean contingent will be heading home early and a few extra big names – including Tine Rasmussen, Nathan Robertson, and Jenny Wallwork – will come from Europe only for the U.S. Open.
