There was a big surprise in the squad of the German Bundesliga team EBT Berlin published earlier this week.  Dane Kenneth Jonassen will join the Berlin team, ranked third in the league last year.
“Yes, it’s true. I will play for Berlin in the German Bundesliga this new season”, Jonassen told Badzine.  “I still like to compete.  That’s why I said yes when the club contacted me.  I won’t play very many games: only when the time fits in with the family and my job.  But I’m looking forward to the challenge and of course to help the club to win the Bundesliga.”
Together with Robert Blair, Juliane Schenk, Wong Choong Hann, Chetan Anand among others, EBT Berlin will try to prevent four-time Bundesliga champions and current European Club Champions BC Saarbrücken-Bischmisheim from winning another title.
